| Garden at Lake Palace |
We decided to spend the day at the Lake Palace and not leave
the island. It was a relaxing day of reading, enjoying the spa and finally
packing for our departure.
The Lake Palace is a unique experience, because it is
relatively small and they do not allow non-guests to come to the Palace it is
very quiet and serene. The staff must outnumber the guests by a ratio of 5 to
1. They are not at all pretentious and make everyone feel welcome. I have no
idea if we will return, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we do. Places like this
are so very rare, it is wrong to think: one and done. Why not return?
